Chiller Controller
Our chiller controllers are designed to control both air-cooled and water-cooled chillers with a variety of different options. Up to 4 total stages of chiller control plus options to manage pumps and system water pressure are just some of the options available. As with all controllers, Prolon has you covered with a variety of safety and efficiency strategies for you to choose from.

- 5 digital, 3 analog outputs with self-resetting fuses
- Quick and easy installation using detachable numbered terminal blocks
- Control up to 4 chiller stages (multiple chillers or a single multi-stage chiller or combination)
- Pump activity based on outside temperature or schedule (or both)
- Configurable pump exercise sequence for extended periods of inactivity
- Supply water setpoint reset based on outside temperature, return temperature or demand
- Various lead-lag sequences for the pumps and chillers
- Chiller lockout or stage down based on entering or leaving condenser water temperature limits
- Can modulate a VFD for each pump to maintain a fixed water pressure setpoint
- Dedicated input that can deactivate the pumps upon contact closure
- Internal time clock with 7-day configurable schedule and holiday calendar
- Hand/Off/Auto switches on all 8 outputs
